Emily landed in Dominica after accepting a teaching job at the prep school, Ross University, where her fiancé attends. Teaching science to 9-13 year olds is especially entertaining, especially when she gets to take them on hikes to waterfalls for field trips. Besides teaching science, she also teaches yoga to children throughout the week, as well as practicing it regularly by herself on her deck overlooking the Caribbean sea. When off work, Emily takes full advantage of the Nature Isle, whether it be relaxing on a remote beach or scaling down a mountain to get to yet another breathtaking waterfall. At this point in time, she finds it quite humorous and amusing how slow life moves here, enjoying slowing down herself by ending each day in her hammock, taking in the sunset.
