Carriacou

Island Girl Since:

2016

Zurich, Switzerland

Nadine’s rock is Carriacou, a small Caribbean island 14 miles north of Grenada also known as the West Indies, with her 3 cats, 3 dogs, and her significant other. She came to Carriacou for the first time in 2015 because of her love of travel and the dream of using her skills as a veterinarian to make a difference where differences were unknown. In September 2016, she permanently moved from Switzerland to Carriacou to be with her LOML and now helps run the complete non-profit charity as the head veterinarian. Apart from that, she enjoys the beach, the sea, and nature in general and especially loves stand-up paddle-boarding, snorkeling, diving, and hiking. On the odd days, when it actually rains all day in Carriacou, she loves to bake, play games, or watch a good movie. Writing is – so far – also a hobby for her.
